Educator, critical thinker, friendly and wealth of experience are the attributes that describe Anupkumar Keshruwala as an excellent physiotherapist.

Anup is an experienced physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in the physiotherapy and healthcare field. Anup obtained his Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from India and Health and Fitness promotion in 2013 from Toronto, Canada.

In India, Anup worked in both the private practice and hospital settings, which helped him gain extensive knowledge to take care of neurological, orthopedic, sports injury rehabilitation, pediatric and geriatric patients.After receiving his license to practice in Canada, Anup worked in different clinics as a physiotherapist and Clinic Manager. He also obtained certification in Manual Therapy, Manipulation, Intra Muscular Stimulation (Dry needling) and VestibularTherapy.

His approach toward the physiotherapy practice, is to make sure that his patients meet their goals in a timely manner by Setting SMART goals. He also creates individualized exercise programs for each patient based on his or her issue andconcern. Anup also makes sure that he is thorough and engaged with his patients.

Anup has had success with chronic neck and back pain, work injury clients, Motor Vehicle Accidents, sports injuries, vestibular therapy, TMJ issues and orthotics in his practice.

In his spare time, Anup likes to spend time with family, travelling, camping, reading and adventure activities.

Michelle graduated a 2200 hour, Orthopedic Massage Therapy Program at Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Calgary AB in 2023 however she had been practicing Reflexology since 2014. She is an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association and as an avid professional she is always upgrading her skillsets and adding new services.

Her clients are often fascinated with her knowledge and passion with respect for the bodies ability to heal. She is very eager to help guide and utilize her skillsets with her clients to aid them on their journey to wellness. She utilizes many techniques from Swedish, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Shiatsu, Cyriax Frictions, Deep Tissue, myofascial release (both manual and cupping), Hot Stones, Reflexology, Sports Massage and Acupressure all of which in their own unique way to add benefit to soft tissue injuries caused by overuse, posture, injury, accidents and more. Michelle finds great joy knowing she has made a difference in her clients quality of life by decreasing their pain while increasing their range of motion.

In her spare time she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family. She enjoys meditation, yoga and riding her motorcycle in the summer months.
